About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Planner and Interior Designer to join our team at Swarovski. As a Store Planner and Interior Designer, you will be responsible for creating premium customer experiences in our stores through excellent shop design for different Swarovski brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop store layouts and 3D visualizations for Swarovski stores globally, considering store design guidelines.
- Brief and align individual store design plans with local Architecture Project Managers.
- Create wall, ceiling, flooring, and electrical plans, elevations, sections, and façade design for different store concepts and POS.
- Work with CAD furniture and blocks in 2D and 3D presentation mode.
- Coordinate projects with Architecture Project Managers, internal and external Architecture teams, Design teams, and Engineering teams.
- Be a contact person for technical requests and project-related issues.
- Support the Head of Retail Architecture, Interior Design, and the team in various projects.
About You:
We are looking for a unique and amazing talent with the following qualifications:
- University degree in Architecture or Interior Design or equivalent.
- Min 3-5 years of professional technical knowledge on the job and experience in a similar role within an international setting.
- Experience in store planning.
- Substantiated computer skills in CAD, 3D-Visualization, and MS-Office.
- Understanding of retail business.
- Demonstrated Project Management skills on a global level in international companies.
- Excellent English language skills, German and Spanish knowledge will be an advantage, any other language will be considered as a plus.
- Proven examples of creativity for designing store layouts, organizational and analytical skills, being detail-oriented and precise, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and an ability to work either individually and in a team.
