Senior Manager IBP Excellence Lead

At DSM, we're looking for a seasoned Sr Manager Ibp Excellence to lead our IBP transformation initiatives. As a key member of our Planning Center of Excellence, you'll drive the implementation of process changes, adoption, and culture of continuous improvement. You'll collaborate with S&OP to optimize organizational processes, enhance efficiency, and align improvements with business goals.

About the Role
• Member of the Planning Center of Excellence focused on Integrated Business Planning, with main focus on Product Lifecycle Management and Demand Planning in collaboration with Sales & Operations Planning.
• Lead and participate in cross-planning transformation programs and projects to achieve optimization and harmonization.
• Ensure standards & best practices are adopted and processes harmonized across Business Units regionally and globally.
• Lead Community of Excellence for Demand Planning and PLM communities.
• Promote Digital evolution and innovation within IBP.
• Develop skills of team peers and team members.
• Ensure Agile and Lean principles are part of the backbone of Business.

What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics or similar discipline. 7+ years of demonstrated expertise in Integrated Business Planning, specially in Demand Planning.
• Strong capability for working in multinational, multicultural, inter-departmental teams.
• Extensive project management skills in successful planning implementations.
• Experience in Kinaxis is a plus.
• Fluency in English; other languages is a plus.
• Analytical and reporting skills.
• A focus on impact, driving innovation and positive change through your creativity and expertise.
• Accountability to decision-making, ensuring alignment with our values and achieving positive outcomes.
• A commitment to teamwork, fostering collaboration and respecting diverse perspectives.
