Drive Business Excellence as a Coe Ibp Expert

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of global and regional IBP operating models, ensuring best practices and standardization across Business Units.
  • Partner with Business Units to drive continuous improvement and optimization of business planning and decision-making processes.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for IBP, providing guidance and support to planning teams and operational teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed step-by-step processes and trainings for IBP, ensuring best-in-class practices are adopted and implemented.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in Supply Chain Planning, with a focus on IBP and S&OP.
  • Fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.
  • A curious approach to problem-solving, with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
