Job Description
You will join our pre-opening team at SLS Barcelona as a key member responsible for successfully launching and leading the growth of our rooftop cocktail bar. Your role involves maintaining exceptional standards, improving performance, and fostering company culture. You will work closely with the Director of Food & Beverage and Assistant Food & Beverage Director on day-to-day operations, staff training, compliance, and health and safety standards. A key responsibility is managing rotas accurately and timely. You will be integral to stock ordering, holding, taking, and inventory management.
