Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate effective strategies that will support the sustainable and profitable growth of Outpayce.
  • Collaborate with the Outpayce leadership team, including the CEO, Head of Product Management, and Head of Sales, as well as corporate functions such as Finance and Legal, to strategize, design, launch, and scale initiatives that position the organization for enduring success in the payments sector.
  • Provide strategic insights and influence on all aspects related to Outpayce's growth strategy, including evaluating the implications of regulatory changes, while serving as a crucial link between strategy and daily operations.
  • Facilitate the execution of strategies by managing information flow and ensuring effective communication across the matrixed and cross-functional organization.
  • Lead collaboratively through influence and, when necessary, direct cross-functional project teams.

  • Experience in business and commercial strategy development.
  • Previous experience in a global, multinational environment.
  • Strong understanding of the payments industry.
  • Familiarity with the travel sector.
