Key Responsibilities- Assist with statutory compliance for our subsidiaries globally, including updating statutory records in our company secretarial software.
- Prepare and circulate subsidiary board and committee papers.
- Arrange execution of company resolutions and associated logistics, including notary and apostille services where necessary.
- Manage share capital and maintain group structure charts.
- Handle KYC requests from internal and external stakeholders.
- Administer our Diligent board system and support ad hoc strategic projects, including funding rounds, capital raises, acquisitions, and European branch administration.
- Ability to work independently, under pressure, and to tight deadlines.
- Educational background to degree level, preferably in law, finance, or business.
- At least 5 years of experience in the corporate legal sector or in a legal and company secretary team.
- Experience in a law firm or financial services institution is preferred.
- Fluent spoken and written English is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
