We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer and Systems Lead to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our Customer Satisfaction and Quality team, you will be responsible for driving quality culture and ensuring the overall consistency of our quality management system within the BCF organization.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the evaluation and validation of 3rd party integrators and suppliers to ensure they meet our quality standards.
- Monitor and control the performance of suppliers, performing quality checks and managing the supplier database.
- Support suppliers in driving quality programs and methods to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the Project Quality Lead to define project-specific quality expectations and standards.
- Ensure the transfer of quality files to suppliers and notify them of any non-conformities.
- Drive monthly supplier reviews with internal stakeholders and collaborate with the Industrialization and Operations team to define the IG/OG strategy.
- Consolidate non-quality costs and drive improvement actions.
- Build, maintain, and improve the quality management system within the entities.
- Support the development of processes and procedures and ensure their maintenance in the Integrated Management System Plan.
- Lead and conduct internal and external audits, and manage the implementation of corrective actions.
- Animate and challenge process owners to ensure the effectiveness of our quality management system.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in quality engineering and systems, with experience in leading quality initiatives and driving process improvements. You will also need to have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
