Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Pilates Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for Pilates and a strong desire to assist clients in improving their physical fitness and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting safe and effective Pilates classes for clients with varying fitness levels
  • Providing personalized training sessions tailored to clients' individual goals and needs
  • Educating clients on proper form and technique to prevent injury and maximize results
  • Maintaining a clean and organized studio space
  • Supporting marketing efforts to promote Pilates classes and attract new clients
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve teaching methods

Qualifications:

  • Certified Pilates Instructor with a recognized certification (e.g., STOTT Pilates, Balanced Body)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching Pilates classes
  • Strong knowledge of anatomy and exercise physiology
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
  • Good English language proficiency

Benefits: A competitive salary package, including a basic salary of $2500 USD, transportation allowance of 1,200 Saudi Rials, accommodation allowance of 1,500 Saudi Rials, and a percentage of profits based on worked hours.
