About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment efforts in EMEA. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in sales, revenue, finance, and HR.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for EMEA roles, including marketing, customer-facing, financial, and legal roles.
- Identify and attract highly skilled candidates through various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates to evaluate their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their talent requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Manage the technical aspects of recruitment enablement, including ATS administration, reporting, and compliance with GDPR regulations and DEI.
- Propose and implement enhancements to the candidate experience, such as improving communication, streamlining application procedures, and providing feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure the recruitment process remains efficient and competitive.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Partner in a global company, preferably with a focus on high-volume recruitment in the sales industry and other roles in marketing, finance, legal, operations, and customer-facing departments.
- Fluent English.
- In-depth knowledge of various sourcing strategies and recruitment techniques.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools, open to AI-based technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality talent within specified timelines.
- Continuous learning mindset with a passion for staying updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Willingness to come to the office in Valencia twice per week.
- The position is initially a replacement for maternity leave for one year.
- In case of mutual satisfaction, it can be prolonged for an indefinite period.
