Repsol is seeking a highly skilled Trading Compliance Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Trading Compliance team, you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with external regulations and building upon our existing compliance program.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform trade surveillance activities, reviewing transactions and system-generated alerts to prevent, detect, and investigate possible manipulative activities, policy violations, and/or trading anomalies.
- Continuously improve the Trading Compliance program and internal control structure, identifying gaps and recommending risk-mitigating solutions.
- Conduct third-party due diligence activities, including understanding and monitoring international sanctions regimes and advising the business on other third-party risks.
- Develop operational compliance tools, including policies and procedures.
- Design and deliver training programs to educate stakeholders on compliance impacts to their business activities.
- Liaise with corporate functions to support initiatives as needed.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Law or Business.
- Proven experience in similar positions.
- Strong knowledge of the regulatory environment relating to market abuse.
- High proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Ability to assess risks across trading operations and design relevant processes/controls to mitigate them.
