IT Cybersecurity Specialist

At Tradebe, we are committed to sustainability and talent development. We are seeking a highly skilled IT Cybersecurity Engineer to join our Global department, working in the Corporate Engineering department for all business lines (Environmental Services, Port Services, and Life Sciences).
The Role:- Implement and monitor security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and information.
- Identify and define system security requirements.
- Design computer security architecture and develop detailed cybersecurity designs.
- Prepare and document standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Configure and troubleshoot security infrastructure devices.
- Develop technical solutions and new security tools to mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks.
- Identify and eliminate security vulnerabilities with strategic solutions.
- Direct and support the implementation of new software and hardware.
- Assist in building relationships with vendors and creating cost-efficient contracts.
- Communicate with infrastructure, operations areas, and other departments as collaboration requires.
- Proven work experience as a system security engineer or information security engineer.
- Detailed technical knowledge on security.
- Hands-on experience in security systems, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software, authentication systems, log management, content filtering, etc.
- Experience with network security and networking technologies and with system, security, and network monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with web-related technologies (Web applications, Web Services, Service-Oriented Architectures) and of network/web-related protocols.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field.
