About the Job

Job Title: Technical Project Manager

Location: Fully remote or hybrid, EU timezone (CET +/ 2 hours)

Language: English is required

Our client is seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to deliver solutions aligned with company strategy.
  • Work with Product Management and R&D teams to design, plan, execute, and deploy innovative solutions to address business challenges.
  • Manage the overall guidance, coordination, initiation, execution, control, and completion of specific projects, ensuring alignment with company commitments.
  • Act as a liaison with the Product Management team, Sales team, or customers as needed to provide updates.
Requirements
  • Master's degree or higher in Software Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in a software development company.
  • At least 3 years in a Project Manager role.
  • Extensive knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently, with an innovative spirit and a collaborative mindset.
