Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our Platform Technologies team at PharmaLex. As a Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for providing project management and oversight for both client implementation and PharmaLex internal projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive project teams to achieve successful implementation
  • Ensure effective communication and follow-through from all project stakeholders
  • Manage regular project communications and updates
  • Plan, adapt, and gain agreement on project plans
  • Coordinate and direct the involvement and communication of relevant individuals
  • Be accountable for translating client and internal business requirements into suitable service and technical solutions
  • Ensure projects are delivered within established scopes, budgets, and schedules
  • Develop, review, adapt, and improve processes related to the service and/or project
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously
Requirements
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in the Life Sciences industry in a Technical Project Manager role
  • Experience working with life science technology solutions, preferably with safety reporting and safety database applications
  • Knowledge of computerised software validation (CSV), including GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11
  • Strong, assertive communication skills and ability to present to diverse audiences
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Ability to work enthusiastically and collaboratively
