This position is part of the wider Vendor Management Team, providing professional procurement services to the organization covering IT hardware, software, and services. You will work closely with stakeholders to define requirements, document, and obtain sign-off. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing requests allocated to you within agreed timeframes.
- Supporting the onboarding of new vendors, following governance procedures.
- Analyzing vendors who fall in the tail end and proposing solutions to increase revenues by moving requirements to preferred suppliers.
- Negotiating new contracts and renewals with vendors.
- Reviewing terms for appropriateness to protect Atradius and against requirements.
- Managing the RF(x) process, including creating tender documentation and storing information for future audit and review.
- Evaluating proposals, challenging required elements, and documenting identified risks.
- Providing options to mitigate or manage risks and overseeing the Purchase Order process.
- Generating reports on renewals due and ensuring these are managed with the appropriate budget holder.
This position offers a competitive salary, estimated at $80,000 per annum, based on industry standards and location. As an IT Infrastructure Sourcing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our international project.
