Job Overview

Ebury is a leading FinTech firm seeking a Senior Data Privacy Specialist to join our team in Malaga. As a key member of our Global Data Privacy team, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and developing our data privacy framework across the Group.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive data privacy impact assessments to ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
Provide support in preparing responses to data subject requests, including Data Subject Access Requests.
Maintain the Record of Processing Activities (RoPA) register across the Group.
Assist in creating data privacy training material and implementing data privacy controls across the Group.
Collaborate with the Global Data Privacy team to improve our data privacy framework and related policies, procedures, and notices.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in law, economics, business administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in data privacy compliance roles, preferably in regulated environments.
Relevant privacy certifications, such as CIPP/E or CIPM, are desirable.
Working knowledge of OneTrust Privacy Management platform is a plus.
Fluency in English is a must, and another European major language is highly preferred.
Comprehensive knowledge of EU and UK GDPR is essential, and knowledge of other global data protection laws is desirable.
