Job Title: Compliance and Data Privacy Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Data Privacy Specialist to join our team at AXA Group Operations. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in ensuring the compliance of our data privacy and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data privacy policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local and international regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential data privacy risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data privacy is integrated into all business processes and systems.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on data privacy best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on the latest data privacy regulations and trends.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data privacy and compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations, including GDPR and CCPA.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
