Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Marketing Trainee to join our Marketing team in Barcelona. As a Marketing Trainee, you will have the opportunity to learn from an exceptional marketing team in high-growth, healthy, and sustainable product categories such as Kombucha, Ready Meals, and Cold-Pressed juices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation of value for the brand in our customers, making the shopping experience satisfying with shopper needs.
  • Coordinate and lead with the design department or design the definition, supervisory, and preparation of creativities for POS in accordance with the brand strategy.
  • Analyze and track post-promotion evaluations to gauge success concerning sales, profit, and ROI.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and benchmarking for each distribution channel.
  • Support the management of our brands: product and portfolio management, market analysis, and trends identification, proposal of strategic growth plans for each distribution channel (hospitality, ecommerce, and FMGC).
  • Support the Brand Manager and contribute to marketing plans' definition (innovation pipeline, pricing strategy, promotions, and communication).
  • Project Management of new initiatives in coordination with R+D and Industrial Design Departments as well as external providers (e.g., packaging).
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration. Postgraduate in Marketing is a plus.
  • Fluent Spanish and English, both verbal and written.
  • Interest in healthy food and lifestyle.
  • Proactivity, energy, and adaptability to change.
  • Autonomy, flexibility, and empathy.
  • Team Player: Must be able to prioritize tasks and do what's best for the team.
