Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Marketing Trainee to join our team. As a Marketing Trainee, you'll play a key role in helping us develop and execute marketing strategies that showcase our hotel's unique character and charm.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in organizing campaigns and executing marketing strategies for the hotel, facilities, and independent restaurant VOLTA.
  • Prepare and deliver promotional presentations to showcase our hotel's offerings.
  • Compose and post online content on our website and social media accounts to engage with our audience.
  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform our marketing decisions.
  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the marketing department.
  • Support the Marketing Manager in organizing various projects and initiatives.
  • Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather valuable insights and data.
Qualifications:
  • Passion for marketing and communication, with a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Ability to generate creative ideas for marketing campaigns, promotions, and content creation.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and best practices for platforms like Instagram, with a focus on reels.
  • Knowledge of hotels and food and beverage departments.
  • Fluency in Spanish and Catalan; English is a plus.
