**Your Future Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Material Manager to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for industrializing projects, ensuring the timely delivery of materials to customers, and optimizing our supply chain processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and industrial, to ensure the smooth execution of projects.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Manage industrial coordination and ensure that all direct purchase requirements are accurately entered into our system.
  • Review and approve project material requirements, arrange for timely release of requisitions, and expedite deliveries to meet project commitments.
  • Manage shipments of materials to installation sites and ensure that all supply chain work package activities are completed in accordance with project requirements.
  • Minimize costs and optimize work packages to ensure efficient project execution.
  • Establish, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to project delivery and supply chain performance.

**Requirements**

  • University degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, sourcing, engineering, or quality assurance.
  • Strong delivery focus and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Financial awareness and knowledge of project costing.
  • Good knowledge of scheduling and supplier management.
  • SAP knowledge and proficiency in English (high level). French is a plus.
