Job Overview

The Group Operations team initiated a digital workplace program to develop modern products for global rollout across the group in the coming years. This vision and strategy will define the use, coordination, and implementation across all Modern Workplace (Windows, Mac, Mobile) device group entities, including virtual desktop, ensuring legacy transition support from a transversal project manager, Workplace Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Structure and manage interactions and dependencies between Modern Devices and other domains or programs.
  • Lead or represent the product line in transversal governance with teams CyberDefense, Network, M365, One ID Program, and others.
  • Ensure up/down communication with product teams and contribute to other domain's programs.
  • Lead technical transversal activities with these teams, including project management on Component and E2E onboarding process securing, MTSB implementation, and One ID MVPs implementation.

Requirements:

  • Experience in creating and leading governance across different teams.
  • Capacity to influence without authority.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple concurrent topics at once.
  • Understanding of Workplace technologies, ideally Endpoint Technologies.
  • French and English proficiency.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary package, estimated at approximately $95,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, we provide a remote work arrangement for this position.
