Digital Marketing Strategy Lead

As a seasoned leader in digital marketing, you will spearhead our team's efforts to drive revenue, user acquisition, and brand awareness. We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record of success in performance marketing strategy and execution.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a robust performance marketing strategy across multiple digital channels (SEO, SEA, CRM) to drive strong returns on investment and efficient return on ad spend (ROAS)
• Manage budgets effectively to optimize ROI and ensure alignment with business objectives
• Collaborate with external suppliers and vendors to guarantee the effectiveness of our strategies
• Lead a team of digital marketing specialists and foster their growth through skills development
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Tech, Product) to deliver projects that require collaboration
• Ensure successful planning, execution, and optimization for key traffic KPIs via paid, organic, and owned media channels
• Identify and test new channels to meet or exceed established critical metrics
• Implement marketing automation and lead generation strategies to enhance our customer journey
• Share key performance indicators (KPIs), business results, and funnel conversion improvement ideas with management
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in performance marketing to maintain our competitive edge

Requirements and Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing leadership roles
• 5+ years of experience in the insurance industry or e-commerce
• Proven experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Excellent communication skills, particularly when interacting with C-level executives
• Proficiency in website analytics tools (Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development constraints
• Up-to-date knowledge of online marketing trends and best practices
• Fluency in English
