Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Architect, Data to join our team. As a key member of our IT consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to assess and coach their IT teams, define IT strategies, and develop technical solutions. Your expertise in data architecture, technical project management, and technology consulting will be instrumental in driving business value for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and coach clients' IT teams to develop effective IT strategies and architectures
  • Define and implement data platforms and pipelines, with a strong focus on ETL processes using cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud)
  • Implement data solutions using a variety of platforms, including Apache Hadoop ecosystem (Kafka, Storm, Spark), Elastic Search, and other related technologies
  • Design and implement data integration platforms, orchestrating complex data workflows and transformations using tools such as DataStage, Informatica, and Data Factory
  • Develop and implement forward-thinking Data Mesh architecture models that align with business goals and support scalability
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide technical leadership and ensure the productivity, reliability, and security of data platforms
Requirements
  • Between 5-10 years of experience in data strategy, technical project management, or technology consulting
  • Technical skills: proficient in designing robust data architectures, including data platforms and pipelines, with a strong focus on ETL processes using cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud)
  • Extensive hands-on experience in implementing data solutions using a variety of platforms, including Apache Hadoop ecosystem (Kafka, Storm, Spark), Elastic Search, and other related technologies
  • Expertise in both relational (SQL) and non-relational databases (Cassandra, MongoDB, DynamoDB), with a solid understanding of Massively Parallel Processing (MPP) and non-MPP data storage systems
  • Strong background in data integration platforms, orchestrating complex data workflows and transformations using tools such as DataStage, Informatica, and Data Factory
  • Experience in designing and implementing Data & Analytics (D&A) operation scaling process framework (DataOps and MLOps) to ensure the productivity, reliability, and security of data platforms
  • Familiarity with regulations and compliance standards relevant to data security and privacy (GDPR, CCPA)
  • Proficient in implementing data governance and stewardship frameworks to enhance data quality and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards
