About the Role:

As an Associate Project Manager at Thermo Fisher Scientific, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of projects across various functions. Your primary responsibility will be to drive and own a subset of project-specific activities as directed by the Project Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compiling project reports, authoring and reviewing project plans, and managing vendor relationships.
  • Managing financial activities, including updates, analyses, and follow-up with functional leads as needed.
  • Creating, tracking, and updating project plans, and coordinating internal and external project team meetings.
  • Contributing to the day-to-day management of project finances, including performing financial analyses and providing required follow-up with functional leads.
  • Owning vendor management activities and bringing together information from internal project functions to coordinate the execution of project deliverables.
