Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support project financing, M&A, and energy tenders.
- Manage and coordinate the financial close process, working closely with internal teams and financial institutions.
- Prepare presentations and materials for various stakeholders, including financial close processes, investment approvals, and asset sale processes.
- Support debt and equity investment processes, including due diligence, documentation review, and negotiation of financing terms and conditions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a quantitative or technical field (e.g., engineering).
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate finance, financial advisory, project finance, and/or debt structuring practices, with a focus on the renewable energy sector.
- Demonstrable financial modeling experience, including building financial models, with a focus on project financing models.
- Financial modeling test will be required.
- Advanced English and Spanish language skills (written and spoken).
