Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Programmatic Campaign Intern to join our Ad Operations team. The ideal candidate will have a mix of business-oriented and analytical skills to understand the challenges of mobile advertising campaigns and use data to create effective strategies and algorithms.
Key Responsibilities- Leverage the programmatic ecosystem and attribution knowledge to build, operate, analyze, and optimize campaigns.
- Manage and grow your own client portfolio, working with various verticals, KPIs, and budgets.
- Analyze large, complex data sets to provide strategic and operational decisions.
- Obtain insights from our campaign portfolio to make decisions that impact company revenue.
- A/B test different variable changes using Smadex DSP and share results with the team.
- Help develop and improve our product tools and processes to ensure data influences decisions.
- Desirable 1+ year of experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, or Economics.
- Data and performance-driven mindset and proven working experience in large data sets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze key metrics to optimize campaigns.
- Ability to adapt to regular changes in priorities due to the fast-paced environment.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel and communication skills in English.
