About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our AWS Sales team. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in identifying new business opportunities and qualifying existing leads to drive revenue growth and customer adoption of AWS services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to engage with prospects and customers across various industries and departments, including CXO-level executives.
  • Collaborate with the wider field sales organization and the AWS Partner ecosystem to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  • Utilize your sales and technology expertise to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and qualify existing leads to ensure alignment with customer goals and outcomes.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their business challenges and demonstrate the value of AWS services in solving those challenges.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and consistently deliver results for customers through solutions aligned to their business goals and outcomes.
