About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organized and proactive individual with excellent time management skills to serve as the primary contact for the CFO Operations. Your responsibilities will include managing complex calendars, organizing meetings, and coordinating appointments across time zones. You will also be responsible for preparing and distributing meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and prioritize communications, including meetings, phone calls, and other requests
- Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders within the Finance Management Team
- Organize and coordinate team events, workshops, and off-site meetings
- Support the preparation of presentations, financial reports, and documentation as needed
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant supporting an executive-level leader in a large corporation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines
- Understanding of financial processes, including PO management and expense tracking
