Job Summary

We are seeking a Dynamic Finance Transformation Specialist to join our team at Galderma's Global Capability Center in Barcelona. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic finance transformation journey, driving impactful change and optimizing financial reporting and processes.

About the Role

This role will support periodic performance management and financial reporting through data management and reporting, custom reporting solutions, end-to-end financial performance reporting, and interdepartmental collaboration.

  • Data Management and Reporting: Gather, organize, and analyze data; translate stakeholder requirements into reporting deliverables; create informative, actionable, and repeatable reports to highlight relevant business trends; develop and implement data collection systems to improve efficiency and quality.
  • Custom Reporting Solution: Design and develop report-monitoring solutions tailored to the organization's unique needs; collaborate with cross-functional teams to create dashboards and visualizations.
  • End-to-End Financial Performance Reporting & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the design and implementation of E2E reporting which serves the needs of both business and performance management review with the group; monitor data accuracy and consistency; identify areas for process improvement and automation; stay updated on industry trends and reporting best practices.
  • Interdepartmental Collaboration: Share findings and insights with various company departments; collaborate with business controllers, finance teams, and other stakeholders; assist in creating performance metrics and data-driven presentations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field; master's degree or CPA/CFA certification is a plus.
  • Previous experience in financial reporting and analysis or similar related area.
  • Previous experience in one of the big 4 consulting firms, or in the pharma or FMCG industry are preferred.
  • Proficiency in data modeling, forecasting, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and ERP systems such as Oracle & HFM).
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial concepts.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality in all deliverables.
  • Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment and adapt to changing priorities.

Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is €60,000 - €90,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
