Job Summary

Cultivate your career as a Financial Analyst at Colt Technology Services, where you'll play a pivotal role in the Integration Management Office (IMO) Programme. This exciting opportunity will see you contribute to the integration of the Lumen EMEA region, driving Colt's global presence and digital infrastructure ambitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyse financial data, including actuals, budgets, income statements, and cashflows, to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop financial models to support decision-making, identifying key trends, variances, and potential risks or opportunities.
  • Prepare and submit budgets and forecasts into SAP BPC, ensuring compliance with the standard FP&A process and timetable.
  • Monitor financial performance and prepare regular, timely financial reports, including monthly management reports, variance analysis, and performance metrics.
  • Present financial information to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement cost-saving initiatives and ensure accounting standards, policies, and principles are followed for all financial transactions and reporting.
Requirements
  • Experience of financial modelling, data analysis, and financial reporting.
  • Knowledge of financial principles and accounting standards.
  • Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, financial databases, and accounting software (e.g. SAP ECC & BPC).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn new skills and technologies.
