Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Analyst to join our team at Puig. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in providing financial insights and analysis to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Financial Analysis and Reporting:

    Conduct thorough financial analysis and reporting to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Utilize financial systems and tools to gather and analyze financial data, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  2. Financial Modeling and Planning:

    Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and scenario analysis activities. Collaborate with business units and departments to develop financial forecasts, incorporating key assumptions and financial targets.
  3. IT Collaboration and Bridge Building:

    Act as a liaison between the finance and IT teams to ensure effective communication, collaboration, and understanding of requirements. Translate business requirements into functional specifications for IT development projects related to financial system enhancements and integration.
Requirements
  1. Experience: 3-5 years of experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or a related role.
  2. Education: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a similar field. Computer Science and Engineering degrees are also considered.
  3. Languages: English (high level).
  4. Competencies:
    1. Certified Anaplan Model Builder, with hands-on experience in building and maintaining financial models within Anaplan.
    2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    3. Proficient in using analytical tools and software, including Excel and other data visualization platforms.
    4. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate financial insights to non-technical stakeholders.
    5. Pro-active attitude, detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
    6. SAP Central Finance and Group Reporting knowledge is a plus.
