Job Description

We are seeking a passionate Sustainability Manager to join our team in Madrid.

The selected person will be responsible for overseeing the creation and implementation of our sustainability strategy, ensuring that we operate in an environmentally, socially, and economically responsible way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare reports on environmental impacts of operations and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other managers to develop company-wide sustainability initiatives.
  • Monitor environmental impacts of company operations and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate projects with contractors to ensure that construction projects meet environmental standards.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations by working with government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and other stakeholders.
  • Create plans for reducing our carbon footprint through conservation measures.
  • Create metrics to track progress towards company goals.
  • Preparation and implementation of sustainability and climate change strategies.
  • Development of non-financial information statements and other regular sustainability reporting.
  • Knowledge of international reporting standards and methodologies.
  • Experience with incorporating sustainable best practices into our activities.
  • Development and update of all related sustainability policies and procedures.
  • Development of materiality analysis.
  • Participate in specialized groups, associations, forums, and events to promote our positioning as a sustainable company.
