About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Internal Accounting Manager to join our team. As a key player in our international accounting operations, you will be responsible for maintaining and preparing financial statements for our subsidiaries located outside of the United States. This will involve performing various accounting tasks, including preparing and posting journal entries, overseeing intercompany transactions, and ensuring compliance with relevant agreements and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Participate in the month-end and quarter-end processes for our subsidiaries by performing a range of accounting tasks, including preparing and posting journal entries;
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of intercompany accounts and compliance with Intercompany Transfer Pricing agreements;
• Manage vendor relationships and ensure compliance requirements are met;
• Review financial statements and prepare balance sheet/PL variance analysis for management reporting;
• Coordinate with third-party service providers to fulfill local statutory reporting requirements;
• Serve as the primary point of contact for foreign subsidiaries on all financial matters, identifying and resolving operational, financial, and strategic issues that impact the Company;
• Collaborate with business and FP&A teams to understand budget implications and implement planning strategy for accounting issues;
• Ensure adherence to Company group accounting policies and the application of US GAAP.

Requirements and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A strong background in accounting, preferably with experience in international accounting and finance;
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels;
• Proficiency in financial software and systems, including accounting and ERP systems;
• A can-do attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities;
• A deep understanding of IFRS and US GAAP, with the ability to interpret technical guidance and apply it in practice;
• Experience with foreign currency analysis and interpretation;

Benefits
