Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Development: Develop and maintain a state-of-the-art test automation framework, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Operational Stability: Ensure seamless end-to-end operations, focusing on tools, services, processes, licenses, and costs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.
- Technical Support: Analyze, research, and resolve software issues in collaboration with our internal teams and external tool providers, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to drive continuous improvement and excellence.
- Lifecycle Management: Plan and execute lifecycle measures, including software setup, updates, patching, and maintenance, to ensure optimal system performance.
- User Administration: Manage user access, RBAC, and Active Directory access to ensure secure and controlled access to our systems.
- Support Concept: Develop and implement a robust support concept, including emergency handling, to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
- Security and Authorization: Ensure security and authorization checks are conducted to protect our systems and data.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and onboarding.
Requirements
- Education: Degree in Business or Information Technology (IT) with several years of work experience.
- Technical Skills: Proven experience in Citrix VDI setup, pool/update/issue, and Microsoft SQL Server database management, as well as operational knowledge in managing network and Microsoft Windows Server issues.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, and strong communication skills (written and oral) in English.
