About the PositionWe are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Global Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from around the world. They will also be tasked with creating a positive employee experience by ensuring seamless onboarding processes, providing ongoing training and development opportunities, and fostering a culture of inclusivity and diversity.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement global recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the IT, design, marketing, and other relevant fields
- Create a positive employee experience by designing and delivering engaging onboarding programs, training sessions, and development opportunities
- Foster a culture of inclusivity and diversity by promoting equal opportunities and celebrating individual differences
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide personalized support to ensure successful hires
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in recruitment and talent management
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment and talent management, preferably in a global or international context
- A proven track record of success in building diverse and inclusive teams, with a strong focus on equal opportunities and cultural competence
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (C2 level) and proficiency in spoken and written Spanish (C1 level)
