Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and friendly Server to join our team at Marriott International. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is memorable and enjoyable.

Key Responsibilities
  • Take orders and serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that guests have a positive dining experience by being attentive to their needs and responding promptly to their requests.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen.
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food presentation.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and security.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and move quickly and efficiently in a busy environment.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
