About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at The Hoxton, Poblenou. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, serving a wide range of drinks, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and serve drinks to guests, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
  • Manage cash and card transactions, operate a point-of-sale system, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service and high-quality food and beverage offerings.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, including drinks, food, and specials.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as a Bartender, preferably in a high-volume environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, with Catalan and additional languages a plus.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
