**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Analyst to join our agile and driven team. As a key member, you will work closely with issuers and market participants to operate a new market infrastructure with DLT technology.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support during the listing of new companies on the market, reviewing documents, and preparing presentations for senior business stakeholders.
- Monitoring market activities during trading hours, providing support to market participants on any questions and market conditions.
- Supporting business stakeholders by analyzing market data, processing, and preparing documentation.
- Collaborating with key business stakeholders to formulate strategic market plans.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Superior education in finance, economics, business administration, or similar.
- Courses or a master's degree in financial markets will be valuable.
- Between 1-6 years of experience in the financial sector in securities settlement, back office, or operational positions.
- Experience as a business analyst or project management in finance, banking, or consultancy sectors.
- A strong interest in continuing learning about Spanish and European capital markets and regulation, as well as financial instruments.
- A detail-oriented personality, with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both Spanish and English (B2 level minimum).
**Estimated Salary:** €50,000 - €70,000 per year
