Metarina, Ltd.'s team is looking for a skilled professional to fill the position of Founder's Associate. This role will play a crucial part in defining the European transformational agenda for the Noodles category and driving category growth.
The ideal candidate will possess experience in marketing within the FMCG industry, particularly in local and international brand management & innovation positions. They should have a proven track record of driving strategic and operational change, delivering improved business and P&L performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- In charge of creating the European transformational agenda for the Noodles category (innovation, branding strategy, industrial mapping, new technologies, new ecosystems).
- Define a European branding strategy aligned with the European strategic plan to ensure accelerated growth on a European scale.
- Lead key transformational projects to drive category growth.
- Lead and coordinate a cross-functional team (Insights, R&D, Procurement, Operations) to define the most suitable solutions for the transformational agenda with an end-to-end vision, from consumers to operations (including CapEx and technology management).
- Participate in the creation of key strategic frameworks, such as European Strategic Plans and Innovation Strategy.
- Act as a key partner to the European Noodles Expansion Lead and local markets to define a unified growth strategy.
