The Role

In this position, you will:

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH SUPPLIERS THROUGH OPEN COMMUNICATION AND UNDERSTANDING THEIR BUSINESS NEEDS
  • COORDINATE WITH INTERNAL DEPARTMENTS TO RESOLVE QUERIES AND DISCREPANCIES
  • EFFECTIVELY MANAGE BOOKING REQUESTS, CANCELLATIONS, AND AMENDMENTS
  • PRIORITIZE WORKLOADS TO MEET DEADLINES AND MONITOR BOOKING SITUATIONS FOR POTENTIAL ISSUES
  • Negotiate rates with suppliers to ensure profitability
  • OFFER CUSTOMER PREFERENCES WHEN POSSIBLE, SEEK SUITABLE ALTERNATIVES WHEN NOT
  • DEVELOP STRONG PRODUCT AND DESTINATION KNOWLEDGE
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess effective communication skills, able to interact with people at all levels through various channels. Previous experience in tourism or customer care is valuable, but not necessary. Fluency in English is essential, while proficiency in other European languages is highly desirable.

A customer-first approach, flexibility, team spirit, focus on results, and determination to excel are also crucial for success in this position.
