About the PositionOur ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations and be able to provide support to our Sales teams in accessing Sales Process and utilizing Sales productivity tools. You will also be responsible for preparing and delivering timely relevant Field training and learning content to Sales organization.
Main Responsibilities- Process Optimization: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
- Training Delivery: Prepare and deliver high-quality training content to Sales organization to continuously improve ramp-up time, selling time, and predictability.
- Project Management: Gather information regarding status of action items, maintain high-level project schedule, raise potential issues with program manager; suggest and implement solutions as needed.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with key stakeholders and initiate action to effectively support and improve business systems, tools, and processes.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales/sales management/sales support/sales marketing or relevant field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to execute quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
