Key Responsibilities- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of governance processes that drive innovation in the ServiceNow environment, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry trends.
- Project Portfolio Management: Create and maintain project portfolios and solution roadmaps that reflect a deep understanding of business requirements, technology drivers, and industry best practices.
- Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance and oversight to ensure that BI architectural governance is up-to-date, reviewing and approving demands and changes to ensure optimal performance and scalability.
- Innovation and Proof of Concepts: Identify opportunities for innovation and lead the development of Proof of Concepts (PoCs), including cost-benefit evaluations to inform business decisions.
- Technology Optimization: Optimize existing technologies to meet the demands of the digital age, focusing on stability, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
- ServiceNow Platform Management: Provide technical leadership and participate in implementing new requirements on the ServiceNow platform, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Reusable Building Blocks: Identify opportunities to combine similar solution needs into reusable building blocks, promoting efficiency and reducing duplication of effort.
- Technical Expertise: Stay current on ServiceNow products and applicable integrated technologies, ensuring that our solutions are always aligned with best practices.
- Design Authority: Host Design Authority meetings to review technical solutions and ensure that they meet business requirements and technical standards.
- Documentation and Communication: Develop Visio diagrams and high-level architecture documents to communicate technical solutions to stakeholders.
- Performance Monitoring: Monitor instance performance, security, user interface, and propose improvements to enhance end-user experience.
- Education: Completed degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow administration and development, and at least 2 years as a ServiceNow Solution Architect or Technical Architect.
- Teamwork and Communication: Experience coordinating and working in cross-functional teams, with strong requirements-gathering skills.
- Language Skills: Excellent spoken and written English language skills; Spanish is a nice to have.
