About the Role

Schneider Electric is seeking a highly skilled Digital Insights Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Insights team, you will play a critical role in driving business impact and delivering measurable results through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret complex data sets to uncover meaningful patterns that can lead to efficiencies, commercial, or CX improvements.
  • Drive business impact and deliver measurable results through data-driven insights.
  • Deliver high-quality, persuasive, and concise recommendations for executive audiences.
  • Combine and translate multiple digital metrics into actionable improvement plans.
  • Support ongoing needs for strategic and operational analysis that impact our Marketing and Sales teams.
Campaign Measurement
  • Work with global and regional E2E DCR marketing teams to define a campaign measurement framework for multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Develop analytical processes to effectively link marketing strategies to business impact.
  • Ensure that the measurement and analytics efforts are aligned with the overarching business objectives of the campaign.
  • Evaluate campaign performance across media and digital channels, deriving insights to drive strategy.
Transformation
  • Influence senior leadership and decision making by communicating across various levels of the organization in a clear and compelling way.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Collaborate with global and regional marketing teams to help them achieve their business goals.
  • Translate data ambiguity into insights that drives impact.
  • Initiate capability building and change management through workshops.

  • You are an inspiring adviser and change agent, capable of articulating and presenting clear and compelling stories and taking a complex organisation on to a journey.
  • You are highly effective at cross-functional stakeholder management.
  • You are a strong and credible contributor to executive team decision-making.
  • You are a strategic thinker who can see the big picture while also being grounded in analytics and optimisation.
Functional / Technical Competencies
  • You have a profound understanding of how to acquire, analyse and act upon sophisticated digital customer intelligence across multiple channels and touchpoints, including deep familiarity with the relevant supporting technologies.
  • You are highly analytical with a structured problem-solving approach and be strongly metrics/KPI driven.
  • You have solid business acumen, and the ability to build commercially compelling analysis.
