Senior Release Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Release Manager to lead our Release Management team and drive the growth and evolution of Developer Productivity Engineering. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the definition, prioritization, and management of the team's backlog, as well as providing a satisfying developer experience through optimized development processes, tools, practices, and automation.

• Lead the Release Management team and its growth and evolution to Developer Productivity Engineering
• Define, prioritize, and manage the team's backlog
• Provide a satisfying developer experience through optimized development processes, tools, practices, and automation

• MS in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or Telecommunications
• 1+ years experience in team lead position
• 5+ years experience in release management and/or managing CI systems (preferably Jenkins)
• 5+ years experience in Linux System Administration (Ubuntu Linux or similar)
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Tomcat, Apache2, Git
• Experience with scripting (bash, python) is a plus
• Experience with Ansible is a plus
• Experience managing GitLab is a plus
• Experience with AWS Cloud is a plus
