* Assist Danish-speaking customers with travel bookings, including flights, hotels, car rentals, and package holidays.
* Provide guidance on itinerary changes, cancellations, refunds, and travel-related questions.

* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the travel agency's products, services, and policies.
* Accurately log customer interactions and manage tickets in the company's CRM system.
* Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex issues or escalations when necessary.
Requirements:
* Language Skills: Native Danish speaker with B2-C1 proficiency in English.
* Experience: 12 months of experience in customer support (experience in the travel industry is advantageous but not required).
* Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, adaptability to rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, familiarity with travel booking systems (GDS) is a plus.
Benefits & Schedule:
* Work Schedule: Rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, 9 AM to 7 PM.
* Location: On-site, Malaga.
