About the JobThis Customer Success Coordinator role is ideal for someone passionate about sustainability and customer success. As a key member of our team, you will support French-speaking customers, ensuring they achieve their sustainability goals.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide operational management of customers' EcoVadis programs, including platform demonstrations, program reports, and Back Office support.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying areas for improvement and recommending process enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer support and resolve customer challenges.
- 2+ years successful customer support experience with large accounts acquired in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in French and English, with additional language fluency considered an advantage.
- Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
