The Role:
As a French-Speaking Customer Support Representative at Cross Border Talents, you will play a key role in assisting our French-speaking customers.
Your main responsibility will be providing exceptional service via phone, email, and chat.
Whether it's answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, or guiding customers through our services, you'll be dedicated to ensuring every customer has an outstanding experience.
Your communication skills and ability to problem-solve will help you make a real impact every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer support in French via phone, email, and chat.Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and service-related concerns in a friendly and professional manner.Troubleshoot and resolve issues, providing clear solutions in simple terms.Document customer interactions and ensure that all issues are resolved efficiently.Work closely with other teams to escalate complex issues and ensure timely resolutions.Stay informed on product updates, features, and best practices to offer the best advice and assistance to customers.What We're Looking For:
