Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our Customer Success team and work on global markets.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of industry models, knowledge of data exchange technologies and BPMN, and experience with CRM software.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering requirements from multiple stakeholders, producing business requirement artifacts, and system customizing with the help of low-code instruments.

The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to communicate complex ideas effectively.
