**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Review and provide feedback on software specifications and design documents to enhance software quality.
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and cases to ensure thorough testing of software.
- Prioritize, estimate, plan, and coordinate testing activities efficiently.
- Develop and execute automation scripts to streamline the testing process.
- Communicate issues to the development team for resolution.
- Conduct regression testing to maintain software integrity.
- Align testing activities with client expectations for successful solution delivery.
- Facilitate smooth software deployment by coordinating with development and operations teams.
- Interact with clients to understand and define system requirements for effective testing.
- Collaborate with the CTO to design robust and scalable software solutions.
- Deliver high-quality solutions within specified timelines and budget constraints.
- Prepare reports and documentation on software status and operation for transparency and clarity.
- Actively involved in collecting user requirements and developing user stories and work plans.
**Requirements**
- 8+ years of experience in quality assurance methodologies and managing developer groups in consultancy settings.
- Passionate about SaaS technologies, APIs, and operational services, thriving in dynamic environments.
- Positive, adaptable, and proactive team member, contributing to team success with creative and professional approaches.
- Proficient in software development, testing, and QA methodologies, with a strong understanding of agile methodologies.
- Skilled in creating clear and comprehensive test plans and cases, proficient in white box and black box testing.
- Advanced testing skills in Python, complemented by some experience in Java tools (desired, but not mandatory).
- Familiarity with CI/CD environments and high-performance computing environments.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, effective communicator with diverse stakeholders.
