About the RoleThis Full Stack Web Development Specialist will play a key role in driving the development of user interfaces that power Fundcraft's digital-native platform. Working closely with engineers, product managers, and designers, this individual will translate business needs into robust, high-performance web applications.
The successful candidate will collaborate on maintaining and optimizing our AWS-based production infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines. This position requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for innovation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the architecture and development of high-impact frontend components, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with technical goals.
- Drive key technical decisions, particularly in areas of architecture, design patterns, and frontend best practices.
- Establish and enforce coding standards and testing practices across the frontend team.
- Mentor junior developers, providing guidance on technical challenges, best practices, and career growth.
- Share knowledge through regular workshops, documentation, and pair programming sessions.
- Partner with Product Owners, UX/UI designers, and Backend Engineers to ensure project alignment and cohesive user experiences.
- Actively participate in sprint planning, retrospectives, and technical discussions.
- Take full ownership of specific features or components, from development through deployment and maintenance.
- Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues within the frontend infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies and methodologies, bringing innovative solutions to the team.
- Lead initiatives for improving frontend tooling, workflows, and productivity.
