Amazon's Customer Service department is seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead a high-visibility Customer Service program in the EU. The successful candidate will be a key member of the European CS team, responsible for driving a program that directly impacts the EU customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Define the program's direction and gain consensus among stakeholders.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design standard operational procedures, processes, and technical requirements.
  3. Define, prioritize, and plan projects to execute on process and technical requirements.
  4. Schedule, secure resources, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
  5. Monitor project execution and ensure delivery to an appropriate level of quality.
  6. Anticipate risks, resolve issues, and initiate corrective action as needed.
  7. Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects.
  8. Expert stakeholder management and relationship building skills.
  9. Provide regular program progress reporting.
  10. End-to-end responsibility for program execution and success.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Experience in program or project management.
  2. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  3. Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  1. Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
  2. Experience leading process improvements.
